Million Milers are Alaska Airlines’ most loyal guests—customers who have flown at least one million miles on Alaska-operated flights and earned lifetime MVP Gold status. This project focused on creating a meaningful recognition moment for guests as they boarded the flight that would officially mark their millionth mile. The experience centered around a thoughtfully designed giveaway and packaging system that helped transform the milestone into a personal and celebratory moment. The gift presentation was created to feel elevated, memorable, and easy for Station Crew members to deliver at the gate.
