Microsoft Essentials
Microsoft Essentials
Microsoft Essentials

Project overview
Essentials is a branded employee experience within the larger Microsoft brand system. The program is built around four key benefit pillars: Community, Flexibility, Growth, and Wellbeing. Together, these pillars support employees with the tools, resources, and experiences they need to feel valued, supported, and empowered both inside and outside of work. The project included a wide range of deliverables across print, digital, video, and sub-campaigns, all designed to bring the Essentials brand experience to life in a way that feels warm, human, and approachable—not overly corporate. My role was to build on the existing visual direction and help expand the Essentials experience across new content and deliverables. This included creating new assets, adapting the visual system across multiple formats, and maintaining consistency with both Microsoft and Essentials brand standards. The work focused on expressing the brand in a way that felt personal and meaningful, helping employees feel seen as individuals—not just as employees—while reinforcing the Essentials mission of supporting people in their everyday needs.
