In collaboration with a UX designer, my role focused on shaping a customer-centered app experience that improved navigation, simplified key service touchpoints, and guided users through each stage of their journey. The concept introduced a more transparent flow where customers could view their order status, understand next steps, and follow the installation process with greater confidence.
The final experience was designed to make the service journey feel less transactional and more supportive, giving customers a clearer path from discovery to installation.
